The High Court of Sindh is the highest court and supreme authority in the judiciary of the Pakistani province of Sindh. It has supreme appellate jurisdiction over all provincial cases in Sindh. Established in 1906, the court's primary seat is based in the provincial capital of Karachi; with secondary benches in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, and Mirpur Khas. Apart from being the highest court of appeal for Sindh in civil and criminal matters, the Court was the District Court and the Court of Session in Karachi.
