East Palestine is a village in Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. The population was 4,761 at the 2020 census. It is located on the Ohio–Pennsylvania border, about 20 miles (32 km) south of Youngstown and 40 miles (64 km) northwest of Pittsburgh.
