Cynthia C. Hogan is an American attorney and political advisor who served as counsel to the Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, Hogan joined the Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign as a member of the vice-presidential vetting committee.
